How long does it take for my orders to arrive?


Orders within Spain (except the Canary Islands) and Portugal : (In non-exceptional circumstances) If you place the order before 4:00 p.m., it will arrive 96 hours after payment confirmation. We use a courier system (GLS) that delivers by hand, so it is important that there is someone at the address provided to collect it (a doorman or a neighbor; we also recommend that it be delivered to your place of work). Two attempts are made in total over two days (during working hours and without being able to specify the specific delivery time) and, if no one is there, the order is taken to the nearest GLS office, where you will have to go to pick it up.

IMPORTANT : If GLS is unable to contact the recipient, it returns the order to us, charging us for it. It is therefore important that you are present at the delivery location during the GLS delivery period because, otherwise, if we have to resend the returned order, we will have to charge the return costs to GLS as well as the of the new shipment.

Orders to the Canary Islands
They are sent by ordinary mail and we need your ID so that there are no problems at customs. It usually takes the same time as for the rest of the peninsula, only the shipping system changes.

If you order any product in PRE-SALE status , the order will be processed from the day indicated on the product page. If your order contains pre-sale products with others that are not, shipping will be made when the pre-sale products are available.

International orders : They usually take 2 to 3 weeks within the EU ( many times it arrives in 4 days ) and 3 to 4 weeks to the rest of the world. For the United States, due to its customs policy, sometimes it takes a little longer to arrive, so we apologize because it is something we can't do anything about... ;(

We will always send you the purchase receipt with your order, but if you wish to receive a detailed invoice, ask us for it at tienda(a) , adding your complete information (CIF, etc.).
For international shipments, the shipment does not include any customs fees that may be applied.
Throughout the year we celebrate some outlet days, sales or Black Friday and we usually receive many orders so delivery can be delayed a few days. We apologize in advance.

Can I exchange or return my order?

You can change your order or purchase in person at the store on 64 Hortaleza Street, Madrid (EXCEPT for products purchased during OUTLET -or final auction or any specific event in which we greatly reduce prices-, which do not allow returns, only change).

Purchases made in our physical stores do not allow returns, only exchanges.

If what you want is to exchange or return it, we will manage the collection with GLS, discounting the amount of shipping costs, in the peninsula.
These are the conditions of the Right of Withdrawal (which are governed according to the provisions of the ANNEX of RDL 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws):

The withdrawal period will expire 40 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method that offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you return a product purchased with free shipping costs , it will be returned minus the shipping amount of the order.

If you return a product purchased using a discount coupon applicable for a quantity, the discount coupon will lose its validity if the rest of the order does not exceed the applicable minimum of the coupon. For example, with a minimum order of €79 and a coupon of €10, the order being 2 masks and a shirt, if the shirt is returned, the effectiveness of the coupon is lost because the order would remain at €20, which is less to the minimum quantity required.

In the event of returning a purchased product and having received a gift item for placing an order that exceeds a certain amount, with the return of the purchased item the gifted item must be returned, since that gift was enjoyed for having reached the amount that was purchased. gave the right to it.

If you return a product purchased in store , returns will not be accepted but a gift coupon will be created with the amount paid for that product at the time of purchase. Can I pick up in store?

Yes, in our store on 64 Hortaleza Street in Madrid, within the corresponding hours. There is no additional cost.
When you choose the in-store pickup option you will have to wait for us to write to you letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up .

Are all products like the one in the photo?

At peSeta we attach great importance to the uniqueness of each of our products. At the beginning, when we only made limited series, each piece was almost unique. Now this is not always the case but there may be some piece that is not exactly the same as the rest or the photo we put on the website. Sometimes it's just the color of a handle, one of the non-main fabrics, or the lining.

The same goes for the hooks that accompany our bags: we use one for the product photo, but then we have many different ones here for shipping.

When the changes are very relevant, we will specify them in the text of the product itself.

Where do you produce?

These are the workshops we work with:

Customizing . This Madrid cooperative is an Insertion company made up of 9 women. They work according to the principles of the circular economy, placing great emphasis on sustainability, work ethics and the social work of their work. They make our accessories .

–Ciabel . Belmont de Tajo Cooperative, Madrid, a very beautiful region. We have been working with them for many years, who deal with the making of clothing . We have even filmed a video clip there in which the seamstresses and Carlos, the manager, participated.

Pepa de la Torre . From Aranjuez, again in the south of the Madrid region. They make the knit (the jackets and sweaters)

–Rowers . Also based in Madrid, they are responsible for making Sanpedro shirts and dresses.

Arancha Footwear . These are four sisters who continue the family tradition started in 1916 by their great-grandfather. From Brea de Aragón, Zaragoza, they have been in charge of the shoes because they are specialists in the artisanal manufacture of footwear.

What happens with taxes?

For EU countries, prices include VAT.
For countries outside the EU and the Canary Islands, the price is the same, but upon receiving your order you will have to take care of possible customs taxes. (you must contact the customs office in your country, if you reject your order once received you will have to be responsible for the original shipping costs, those for return to our office, as well as any tax applied to your order in Customs).

Are items ever restocked?

It is not usually normal, but, for example, socks are available throughout the year and are replenished. With other products it may happen that we repeat or reissue them.

How can I clean my peSeta?

Cleaning vegan leather clothing and accessories:
now it's easier! With a damp cloth you can remove almost any stain. And if it rains you don't have to go around protecting it from the drops.

Cleaning clothing and fabric accessories:
As fabric is the main material of bags and accessories, it depends on the type whether it can be washed in the washing machine or not. Just in case, in principle it is better not to wash because among so many types of fabric there is sure to be one that gets dull and fades or shrinks or a bit of everything. We usually recommend dry cleaning them, that is, taking the bag to the dry cleaners , so it looks great and once a year is usually enough. There is also a homemade trick that consists of mixing a lot of water with a capful of ammonia and rubbing the bag with a sponge moistened with the miraculous liquid. Ammonia brightens the colors although the truth is that it smells very bad, but the trick works and for many types of clothing and shoes.

Shoe cleaning:
Care of the suede of ankle boots and desert boots:
Dirt such as dust or dirt: we can clean it with a brush. If there are deeper stains or the shoe is worn, here's a trick: apply steam to it (for example, from a teapot), and let it dry naturally: once dry, brush it with a metal bristle brush. .
They have gotten very wet: to solve it, the best thing is to put balls of newspaper in them; In this way, while it dries it does not lose its original shape. Don't try to buy time with a dryer.
